Download the check-in app

Audience: event organisers and on-site check-in staff. Applies to: events using the Delekit check-in app.

The Delekit check-in app is free from Google Play for Android phones and tablets. Install it on every device you'll use for check-in: there's no limit to how many. The app isn't available for iPhone or iPad.

Before you start

• Use an Android phone or tablet running Android 10 or later, with NFC and a camera. Google Play only offers the app to devices that have both.
• The device needs to be signed in to Google Play with a Google account.
• You'll sign in to the app with your Delekit account, so have your email address and password ready.

Download the app

1. On the device, open the Google Play Store app.
2. Search for Delekit.
3. Select the Delekit check-in app. Or, on the device, open the app's Google Play page directly.
4. Select Install.
5. When it's installed, select Open. You'll also find Delekit Check-In with your other apps.

What happens next

The app opens on its sign-in screen. Sign in with the same Delekit account you use on the web: see Sign in to the check-in app.

Google Play keeps the app up to date, like your other apps.

If something isn't right

• The app doesn't show up in Google Play, or Google Play says your device isn't compatible: the device has no NFC reader, no suitable camera, or an Android version older than 10. Use a different device.
• You have an iPhone or iPad: the check-in app is only available on Android.
• You need help choosing devices: contact Delekit support.
